These terms apply to orders placed on roguealloy.co.uk with Rogue Alloy Co Ltd, registered in England & Wales (registered number: 12999766), VAT number GB 364778843, registered office Unit 2 Battle Farm, Little Johns Lane, Reading, England, RG30 1RA. Your right to cancel and how refunds work are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

IF YOU MOUNT IT, YOU OWN IT! Any wheels that have been fitted to a vehicle are non-returnable.

Check your order for errors before fitting. Check the condition of the wheels upon arrival.

All damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@roguealloy.co.uk (including sending photos).

If there is damage, we will offer an exchange. The wheel/s will be collected and once back to us, we will reissue new ones.

The wheel and nut/bolt metal will corrode if you don't use a pH-neutral cleaner.

You are responsible for checking your bolt torque after 30 miles.

If you have a Citroen Relay, Fiat Ducato or Peugeot Boxer, we may need you to check your stud pattern to confirm 5x118 or 5x130 before we ship (check your emails).

If you have a VW Crafter or Amarok, MAN TGE, Ford Ranger, Mercedes Vito or Transit Custom we will likely need to confirm if your vehicle has TPMS before we ship (check your emails).

Do not book in for an external fitting until the wheels have been delivered.

You will receive a 2-hour window on your delivery date (you must provide a mobile number instead of landline).

We are not responsible for delays due to our courier. No delivery dates are guaranteed.

Our structural warranty does not cover against kerbing, corrosion, vandalism or failing to recheck bolt torque after 30 miles.

There is a 10% restocking fee for orders cancelled due to changing your mind.

We cannot accept damage to your vehicle if you do not use the wheel bolts provided.

Please order new TPM sensors if you require them. These can be found in the accessories section. If you're unsure if you have/need them then call us.

All prices are confirmed at the time an order is placed. We do not operate a price protection policy. Any discounts or promotional pricing are valid only during the advertised promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after these dates.

Please note that advance marketing or promotional communications are provided for information only and do not constitute early access to sale pricing. As such, we are unable to refund or credit the difference for orders placed before a promotion goes live.
