Refund policy

Your legal rights

• If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email orders@roguealloy.co.uk with your order number.
• Wheels and tyres that have been fitted and driven on lose value, and we can reduce your refund to reflect that.
• If an item is faulty or not as described, your legal rights apply whether or not it has been fitted.
• Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Our returns rules

IF YOU MOUNT IT, YOU OWN IT! Any wheels that have been fitted to a vehicle are non-returnable.

Check your order for errors before fitting. Check the condition of the wheels upon arrival.

All damages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@roguealloy.co.uk (including sending photos). If there is damage, we will offer an exchange. The wheel/s will be collected and once back to us, we will reissue new ones.

If you change your mind on design or colour and want to return the wheels, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee. This covers the costs incurred to us with postage and packaging and also time spent prepping the order.

The buyer will also be responsible for paying the shipping and/or return shipping fee. This will be agreed beforehand with the buyer.

Not until the wheels are back to us are we able to issue the refund.

There is a 10% restocking fee for orders cancelled due to changing your mind.
